Cyclists should remember they are representatives of the sport and the club, especially when out wearing Border City Wheelers clothing. Sections 59-82 of ‘The Highway Code’ gives sound practical advice to even the most experienced cyclists and Section 66 is particularly relevant to those out on group rides.
